Caring for your art work
Caring for your art work
Display your artwork indoors, away from rain and direct exposure to water.
For best performance and longevity, use a standard 5V phone charger or power adaptor.
Designed for full-day use. You can enjoy your artwork for extended periods 20+hrs a day.
We recommend switching it off for a period of time at least once every day to help extend LED lifespan.
Avoid leaving the artwork running continuously/non-stop for multiple days , it can impact LED lifespan.

Replacement LED panels are rarely needed and are typically only required after 10+ years of use or in the unlikely event of accidental damage.

Every LED panel is custom-made for the specific artwork you own and takes 2 mins to replace.

Steps to Replace the panel -
1. Disconnect the USB - C cable from old LED panel.
2. Detach the old LED panel from the artwork.(The LED panel is attached to the artwork with velcro , you can easily remove it.)
3. Attach the new LED panel to the artwork. The Top and Bottom are explicitly mentioned so you won't get the direction wrong.
4. Plug the USB - C cable in the new LED Panel and just switch on , all ready to enjoy again.
